Who this applies to

This policy applies to people who visit the website, contact us or book a demo, and to Unelia Cloud users.

The data each company stores in its Unelia Cloud workspace, such as its clients, conversations or documents, is that company's responsibility. Unelia processes it only on the company's behalf, as a data processor, as set out in the Terms of service.

What data we process and why

Contact and demos

Name, email, phone, company and the message you send us. We use them to answer your request and arrange the meeting. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. We keep them until your enquiry is resolved and for a maximum of two years if we do not end up working together.

Unelia Cloud customers

Account and billing data, and details of the users in your workspace. We use them to provide the service, give you support and invoice you. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations. We keep them for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by commercial and tax law, up to six years.

Website security

The IP address and technical connection data logged by the server. We use them to protect the website against abuse and attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping it secure. They are deleted after a short period unless needed to investigate an incident.

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you or build profiles from this data.

Recipients and transfers

We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers deliver technical services to us and access data only on Unelia's behalf, under a data processing agreement:

  • Website hosting: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (AWS Amplify), with servers in the European Union.
  • Unelia Cloud infrastructure: servers in the European Union.
  • Email and payments: technology service providers with whom we have signed a data processing agreement. You can ask us for the up-to-date list at info@unelia.com.

Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The AI models and apps you connect to Unelia, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or WhatsApp Business, only receive data when your company enables them, with the permissions it sets. Each one processes that data under its own terms.

Your rights

  • Access your data and find out how we process it.
  • Have it corrected if it is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it.
  • Object to the processing or ask us to restrict it.
  • Receive it in a structured format to take it to another provider.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

Email info@unelia.com stating which right you want to exercise. If we cannot verify your identity, we will ask you for further information. We reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.

Security and minors

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted connections (HTTPS), Unelia Cloud data hosted in the European Union and encrypted with AES-256, daily backups, role-based access and an activity log.

Unelia is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly process data from children under 14.

Cookies and local storage

What this website stores in your browser, why, and how to change your choice is explained in the cookie policy.

Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and its associated data on Unelia Cloud.

  • Write to info@unelia.com from your account's email address, stating the workspace.
  • We'll confirm the request and let you know once the deletion is complete, within one month at most.
  • Before deleting, you can export your data from Settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will show the date of the last update and, if the change is significant, notify Unelia Cloud customers by email.
